Instrument register
Save names, asset identifiers, categories, locations and measurement units. Keep important context beside each instrument record.
01 / PRECISION, RECORDED
Keep calibration readings, tolerances and instrument histories in one offline workspace.
THE IDEA / 01
“Every measurement deserves a clear history.”
ToolCalibra brings the essential details of instrument calibration into a focused local workspace. Record instrument identifiers and locations, work with reference and measured readings, and review the results without creating an account.
It is designed for technicians, workshop teams and professionals who want a practical record of what was checked, when it was checked and whether entered readings met their chosen tolerances. The app organizes your records; it does not measure or independently certify equipment.
FUNCTIONS / 02
From an instrument register to an exportable record, each function supports a practical calibration workflow.
Save names, asset identifiers, categories, locations and measurement units. Keep important context beside each instrument record.
Record intervals and due dates, then use due-date summaries to see which instruments need attention.
Store reference and measured readings together with the record date. Keep an orderly history of calibration activity.
Calculate deviations from values you enter. Review the difference between expected and recorded measurements.
Enter allowed tolerances and review pass or fail results based on those entries. Results are not independent certification.
Export calibration reports as PDFs or create JSON backups through Android’s document picker. You choose where the files are saved.
THE WORKFLOW / 03
A straightforward process for recording work you have performed and keeping supporting information together.
Enter the asset details, category, location, unit and calibration interval so each record has a useful identity.
Record reference values, measured readings, tolerance limits and the date of the calibration activity.
Use the calculated deviation and pass/fail indication to review the values you supplied.
Review calibration history locally or export a report or backup to a destination you select.
PRIVACY / 04
ToolCalibra works offline, requires no account and does not automatically upload instrument records to the company’s servers. Exports happen only when you choose them.
